Diplomatic Treaty with Westarctica

Today His Highness Prince Julius, the Foreign Minister, announced that the diplomatic treaty that had been being negotiated with the Grand Duchy of Westarctica has been signed and Cyrenia has now officially become the Empire and Grand Czardom of Cyrenia and Eastarctica. However, much more important, said the Foreign Minister, was the newfound friendship with Westarctica, which will surely lead to prosperity for both nations. Grand Duke Travis of Westarctica stated that he will 'look forward to our future relationship of micronational coöperation.' Legislation will be required for the treaty to become official, but members of conference never vote negatively on Treaty Bills by convention.
