Emergency message from HIM the Grand Czar

Cyrenia is active. During the last two months up to 95% of our citizens were officially declared inactive, and there citizenships revoked. It appeared we had gone into a black time, with only 5 active citizens remaining- HIH Prince Simon-Edgar, HIH the Princess Regent Theresa, HIH Prince Emil, Commander Ian Kind GCG, and myself, although Prince Julius and the Lame duck Minister of State David Whaley became inactive very late. However, out of the darkness came some hope- We could have a new reformed Cyrenia, designed to attract new and more loyal citizens. The real, solid earth Cyrenia has completed that reformation, and now it is time to declare our activity and solidarity to the world by redesigning our website and online features, plus our legislation and constitution. All treaties will not be affected by these changes. Now, we shall, as the declaration of independence states, call upon our great people to rally upon the banner of Cyrenia, in the name of freedom, honour, and life, to cherish and defend it, so that it may be the symbol of liberty and dignity in our homeland, which is a homeland for the free, now and always.
